  • The eASiA 2011 Exhibition Platform is an integral part of eASiA 2011. The three day Exhibition will attract more than 1000 companies exhibiting and featuring the best in cutting edge developments from around the world.     THE EXHIBITION PROGRAMME, VENUE & DATES

    EXHIBITION : 1 – 3 December 2011
    Venue : Bangabandhu International Conference Center (BICC), Dhaka, Bangladesh
    Open hours : Thrusday 1 December 2011, 0900 hrs 2000 hrs
    : Friday 2 December 2011, 0900 hrs 2000 hrs
    : Saturday 3 December 2011, 0900 hrs 1800 hrs
    Inauguration : 10:00 AM on 1st December 2011

    Note: The booth should get ready for the opening ceremony latest by 2000 hrs on 30th November 2011 after which no work would be allowed to continue in the booth(s). Exhibitors /contractors wishing to continue beyond the above mentioned deadline would be levied a penalty of BDT 5,000/- per hour, per booth thereafter upto 2200 hrs of 30th November 2011..

    • Access to All events [ 5 free entry passes for stall and 10 free entry passes for pavilion ]

    Distribution of stalls:
    Stalls will be allocated by category of participants after reviewing all EOIs.

    Preparation of materials/exhibits: 
    Exhibitors are requested to prepare their own communications materials/exhibits to be displayed or distributed in the stalls (e.g., Posters, Brochures, Leaflets, CD-ROMs etc.).

    Number of exhibitors per stall:
    Each Exhibitor should keep at least two persons in their stall during operations hours.

    Food:
    The participants will arrange their own food.

    Responsibility: 
    The Exhibitors are responsible for materials presented. The exhibition organizers shall not be responsible for any loss or damage of equipment’s during the exhibition.

    Security: 
    All venues are locked and secured at 8.00pm each evening. A night watch service is provided and all venues are patrolled between 8.00pm and 9.00am. Please be aware that the e-Asia 2011 does not carry insurance for theft, loss or damage on behalf of exhibitors.

    Exhibit Space Requirements:

    • Minimum Booth (Stall) Space is 8′ x 8′ (64 square feet)
    • Minimum Pavilion Space is 16′ x 16′ (256 square feet)

    Cost for Stall/Pavilion:

    • Stall : BDT 25,000 ( USD 400 )
    • Pavilion : BDT 110,000 ( USD 1500 )

    Stall Design

    Additional information: 

    • All the Entry and exit of heavy machineries and general exhibits are allowed only from loading dock.
    • Contractors are allowed to work inside the halls during build-up and break-down.
    • The level of sound/volume that can be played from TV, Presentation, etc from the stall/pavilion should be restricted. Will be decided by exhibition committee
    • Exhibitors are allowed inside the hall from 0900 to 2000 hours during exhibition days to service their stands.
    • Contractors and exhibitors are requested to strictly observe that CARPENTRY, PAINTING AND WELDING WORK inside the halls are NOT permitted. Only assembly of the display, and minor finishing / touch up is allowed. Contractors violating this guideline will be prevented from continuing work at the exhibitors stand inside the hall.

    The organizers reserve the right to issue amendments / additions to rules & regulations.
